WHAT IS THE CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME
The Cycle to Work Scheme allows you to get a new bike through your employer and pay for it in monthly instalments from your gross salary.
Because payments are taken before tax, you can save up to 47% depending on your tax bracket, while spreading the cost over time.
At the end of the hire period, you can usually take ownership of the bike for a small additional fee, depending on your scheme provider.

WHO CAN APPLY
You can usually apply if:
✅ You are aged 16 or over
✅ You are employed and paid through PAYE
✅ Your employer participates in a Cycle to Work scheme
✅ Your salary after the bike deduction remains above the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage

STEP 2: Choose Your Bike

Make note of the total cost of everything you’d like included.

STEP 3: Request Your e-Certificate & Send It To Us
Apply to your employer for your Cycle to Work Certificate or Letter of Collection for the total amount.
Once approved, email your certificate to info@chargeandglide.co.uk
Please also include:
✅ Your chosen bike, including the model and colour
✅ The frame size, if applicable
✅ Any accessories you would like included
✅ Your full delivery address
✅ Your email address
✅ Your contact mobile number for delivery updates
✅ A valid proof of ID, such as a passport or driving licence
Providing all this information upfront helps us process your order quickly and avoid delays.
