Charge and glide online were great. Helpful and quick to answer my questions. I think it would have been useful, (although I didn't ask) to know that this bike would be difficult to lift or fold because heavy and I thought it was 26kg (without battery) it feels a lot heavier. I haven't been able to fold it because of that!

"Purchased a T1 Folding Trike for my Dad who is 85.
Pre delivery the communication with the company through their website was brilliant.
Delivery was completed promptly and exactly as promised.
There was a technical issue which was sorted without a problem. These things happen and getting them resolved is the main thing so well done.
Overall my Dad says he is 100% happy and he is a miserable bugger most of the time so well done to Charge & Glide for achieving the impossible."

"I couldnt recommend Charge & Glide more highly. Tom and the team were incredibly helpful and diligent when purchasing a Cargo bike.
After we made the purchase they kept us updated regularly on the delivery date and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was fine with the bike.
We had a minor issue after a few weeks and they helped us fix it very quickly but also found a local specialist in case we could not resolve the issue ourselves"
