SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on back-order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
ORDER DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched. Orders to mainland UK are typically processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-7 working days from the date you place the order, but may be slightly longer for items for which customisation is involved. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@chargeandglide.co.uk so that we can help.

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK Mainland may be subject to additional charges.
MISSED DELIVERIES
Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.
Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.
Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically around £75 + VAT.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos and/or videos of the damaged items within 48 hours of receipt of your order to info@chargeandglide.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in their original condition before filing a claim.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
